The God Who Sees

“Seek the Light” – by Meghan Williams, Dyed4you Art

Genesis 16:13 (VOICE) As a result of this encounter, Hagar decided to give the Eternal One who had spoken to her a special name because He had seen her in her misery. Hagar: I’m going to call You the God of Seeing because in this place I have seen the One who watches over me.

Beloved, in the midst of your pain, remember that I see. I see you, the beautiful soul I have made in My image. I see the scars you bear and every unhealed wound that needs addressing. I see all and I care for every part of you. I am not a God who is distant and unsympathetic to your suffering. I do not look upon you with shame or rejection. You are Mine and My love for you is irrevocable. Nothing could ever cause Me to change My opinion of you.

When I look at you, beloved, I see you through the filter of My Blood. I have shared your grief intimately, taking it on as My own. I love you so deeply that I have already paid the price in advance to make you whole. There is nothing else you need to do but to receive and rest in My atonement. Simply let go and allow My love to wash over you and repair you.

In the midst of the darkness, remember I AM your light. The truth of who you are in Me is never diminished or erased from My mind. Therefore, lean into Me and allow Me to speak truth into your ears. Lay your head upon My chest and hear what My hearts speaks to you. As you rest in My embrace, the words of My heart will lead you home again. Trust in Me for we will brave this storm together. I Am the God who will see you through.

Isaiah 53:4-5 (VOICE)

Yet it was our suffering he carried,
our pain and distress, our sick-to-the-soul-ness.
We just figured that God had rejected him,
that God was the reason he hurt so badly.
But he was hurt because of us; he suffered so.
Our wrongdoing wounded and crushed him.
He endured the breaking that made us whole.
The injuries he suffered became our healing.

Make Room for My Kingdom Reign

Matthew 6:9-10 (TPT) Pray like this: ‘Our Father, dwelling in the heavenly realms, may the glory of your name be the center on which our lives turn. Manifest your kingdom realm, and cause your every purpose to be fulfilled on earth, just as it is fulfilled in heaven.

Beloved, you know well the importance of intercession. You have seen the fruit that comes from taking every matter before Me so that I might move on behalf of yourself or others. Yet even now, I am calling you to a higher level. I call you to pray with a heart that is set on drawing the Kingdom of Heaven upon the earth. Pray and be open to hearing My swift response.

Just as a construction worker cannot build without plans from the architect, neither can My Body build the Kingdom without the plans that come from My mouth. Pray and keep your ears open for those plans. I will pour out Kingdom directives in response to your petitions—and at times, I will speak before your prayer has even left your mouth. My plans will surprise you, beloved. I will respond in ways and with instructions you have never considered before. Therefore, make room in your heart for what has previously been unknown. Pray and make room for My Kingdom Reign.

Truly, intercession is part of the Keys to the Kingdom. In order for you to know what to loose and bind on earth, you must maintain a receptive connection to heaven. Therefore, lean into My Spirit, for it will guide you in how you ought to pray. Live your life as a house of prayer, keeping the lines of communications open with Me always. Remember, prayer was never meant to be one way—it is an open conversation between you and I. As you make room for a constant and robust dialogue between heaven and earth, you will see My Kingdom manifest in surprising and joyous ways.

Isaiah 65:24 (NKJV) It shall come to pass That before they call, I will answer; And while they are still speaking, I will hear.

1 Corinthians 2:9-11 (VOICE) But as the Scriptures say, No eye has ever seen and no ear has ever heard and it has never occurred to the human heart All the things God prepared for those who love Him.
